These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration for and participation in the webinar and any related webpages, landing pages, replays, and materials (collectively, the “Webinar”) hosted by Robert Wazlavek (the “Host”).
By registering for, accessing, or attending the Webinar, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not register for or attend the Webinar.
1.1. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to register for or attend the Webinar.
1.2. The Webinar is intended for U.S. residents only. Any references to mortgage or real estate products, programs, or regulations are focused on the United States and may vary by state, lender, and local market.
1.3. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
2.1. The Webinar is for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in the Webinar should be considered:

2.4. No automatic client relationship. Attending the Webinar or communicating with the Host in connection with the Webinar does not by itself:
Any formal relationship with a real estate professional or mortgage professional must be established separately under a signed agreement or application process that includes all required disclosures and documentation.
2.5. You should consult with your own attorney, tax professional, financial planner, and local real estate and mortgage professionals before making decisions based on the information shared in the Webinar.
3.1. To attend the Webinar, you may be required to provide contact information such as your name, email address, and phone number.
3.2. The Host (and their team, if applicable) may contact you using the information you provide, including by email, phone, and/or text message, in order to:

3.3. You may opt out of promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in any email. For text messages, you can typically opt out by replying “STOP” to any message, as described in the message you receive.
3.4. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access link and for any activity that takes place under your registration. The Host may, in their discretion, deny registration, limit access, or remove any participant who is disruptive, abusive, or violates these Terms.
4.1. The Webinar may be recorded, including audio, video, chat, Q&A, and poll responses. By attending, you consent to being recorded.
4.2. The Host may use the Webinar recordings, anonymized Q&A, and aggregated poll results for future trainings, educational materials, and marketing, without additional notice or compensation to you. The Host will not publicly share your full contact information without your consent.
4.3. You may not record, reproduce, or distribute the Webinar or any portion of it without the Host’s prior written permission.
5.1. All Webinar content—including slides, worksheets, tools, calculators, video/audio, graphics, branding, and written materials (collectively, the “Content”)—is owned by or licensed to the Host and/or their affiliated business and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
5.3. You may not:

6.1. If a fee is charged to attend the Webinar, all pricing and payment terms will be shown on the registration page or checkout page.
6.2. Any refund, reschedule, or cancellation policy applicable to a paid Webinar will be stated on the registration or checkout page and will govern in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
6.3. The Host reserves the right to modify the Webinar schedule, speakers, or content at any time, including canceling or rescheduling the Webinar. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify registered attendees of significant changes.
7.1. The Webinar may be delivered using third-party platforms and services (for example, webinar hosting, scheduling tools, or email/text delivery services). Your use of those platforms is subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.
7.2. The registration page and related technology may be powered by a separate software provider that is not a party to your relationship with the Host and does not provide mortgage, legal, tax, investment, or real estate services. Any such provider is acting solely as a technology platform.
8.1. The Host does not guarantee that attending the Webinar will result in:

9.1. THE WEBINAR AND ALL RELATED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9.2. THE HOST DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBINAR WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT ANY PLATFORM USED WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9.3. LAWS, REAL ESTATE PRACTICES, MORTGAGE PROGRAMS, AND LENDING GUIDELINES VARY BY STATE, LOCAL JURISDICTION, BROKERAGE, AND LENDER. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO VERIFY HOW ANY INFORMATION PRESENTED APPLIES TO YOUR SPECIFIC SITUATION AND LOCATION.
10.1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE HOST (INCLUDING ANY AFFILIATED BUSINESS ENTITY, BROKERAGE, LENDER, TEAM MEMBERS, AND SUPPORT STAFF) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE WEBINAR OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
10.2. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE HOST FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE WEBINAR OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT (IF ANY) PAID BY YOU TO ATTEND THE SPECIFIC WEBINAR GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Host (and any affiliated business entity, brokerage, lender, team members, and support staff) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
12.1. These Terms are intended to comply with applicable U.S. federal and state laws. Because real estate, mortgage, and consumer-protection laws vary by state, your specific rights may differ depending on where you live.
12.2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Webinar or these Terms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your state of residence.
The Host may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the “Last updated” date at the top will be revised. Your continued registration for or participation in the Webinar after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
